1. Gather – The first simulation step is to determine the data required. Data is then gathered into a spreadsheet.

  2. Data – The simulation input data is fitted to a statistical distribution using statistical software.

  3. Spreadsheet - Using the simulation input data and statistical distribution, spreadsheet model is created, using random variables generated based on the input distribution.

  4. Final Picture – The final results are statistical graphs with a range of output values. By reviewing and analyzing the simulation results, we provide a report and conduct a final review with the client.

Analytics & Strategy Process

  • We first discuss with clients the type of analysis needed (Develop Socila Media strategy, Website & PPC Keyword Content Review, Marketing Strategy, Financial Analysis, Review of Google Analytics, Quantcast, and or Omniture data, etc.).
  • Once the nature of the work has been determined, a Work Agreement Form is created with assignment details and estimate. The estimate is based on clients budget and project requirements.
  • No analysis work is begun until all parties are in agreement and such agreements have been placed in the Work Agreement Form.
  • The client receives periodic status reviews to ensure that the analysis needs are being met.
  • Regression model using simulation add-in software is used for online-offline data analysis, given the required analysis by the client. Regression analysis process for simulations is explained in the panels to the right.
  • Web analytics data can be sourced from analytic solutions installed by Zimana or client provided solutions.
  • Development of social media strategy are tailored to client resources and time schedule.
  • Client communication is typically via phone calls, Skype, Google Chat, and/or email exchange, as well as physical presence. Need for site visits depend on the nature of the work. Travel expenses are added fee for site visits essential to analysis completion. Any essential site visit will be confirmed with the client prior to project commencement.
  • The results of questions and analysis are reports for long term projects or a final report for ad-hoc analysis. Reports includes recommendations based on discussions with the client and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and associated data. The report is reviewed with the client.
  • The finished strategy is a written document, presented to the client for review and questions. Zimana will also provided assistance with implementation and reporting, if needed.
  • For regression assignments, associated spreadsheet model files are given to the client.

Other Considerations

  • Zimana will consider assignments from businesses, nonprofits, and start ups. We will not accept projects from Multi Level Marketing (MLM) firms or firms with a similar business model.
  • Zimana reserves the right to add a 10% penality due to project delay due to client inability to respond to Zimana project inquiries, missed payment, or other client-caused delay.
  • Zimana welcomes collaboration with third parties as needed. For example, we will work with a clients' preferred web designer or design team to implement needed Google Analytics codes or to implement keyword content revisions.
