- Eight year engineering career at Ford Motor Company, where his results included implementing chassis components and leading corrective action on a corporate export certification program which prevented a $16 million loss in revenue.
- Volunteered at Accion USA, the largest micro lending institution in the United States, through AmeriCORP. He helped to grow the Atlanta office during its initial years of operation, leading to an increase of approved small business loans by 28% over the previous year.
- Worked as a contract pricing analyst and business development analyst at Lesco, a minority woman-owned military logistics and IT contractor based in Huntsville, Alabama. Pierre lead a website revision, resulting in an improved website content and increased returning website traffic, with a 14% increase in average visitor time on site.
